Communities of Practice are "groups of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly" (Green, et al., "Reviving Praxis," 248). Communities of Practice at Lehigh have a simple format: a few meetings plus electronic communications between colleagues who want to learn from one another.
