Ethernet LAN (Local-Area Network)
Lehigh's gigabit wired Ethernet network is available in most buildings, but does require using DHCP (don't manually set your own IP address). Systems on Lehigh's Ethernet can be assigned 'reserved' IP addresses and network names when necessary (see a Computing Consultant).
Wireless Network (WiFi)
Access Lehigh's wireless network with any compatible device at the "lehigh" SSID with your Lehigh user account credentials. The "lehigh-guest" SSID offers password-free access to the internet, but limited access to the Lehigh LAN.
Eduroam (WiFi)
Eduroam is the secure, world-wide wireless roaming access service for the international research and education community. Eduroam allows Lehigh community obtain secure Internet access while visiting other participating institutions using your Lehigh credentials to sign into the wireless network.
Smart Device WiFi: LUNA
Students, faculty, and staff who have wireless devices (such as smart TVs, Apple TVs, Xboxes, Playstations, Roku, etc.) that are unable to connect to the secure "lehigh" wireless network can get a connection thru a special wireless network called "luna".
