I have worked in LTS for twenty-five years, first as the LTS Help Desk manager and now as Assistant Director, Client Services. In previous positions I worked at North Carolina State University), at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  I have a masters degree in Library Studies from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in North Carolina, and an undergraduate degree from Purdue University.
