LTS provides four bulletin boards for members of the Lehigh community to post information about events and opportunities for our students. These bulletin boards are located 

  1. on the stairwell between 3rd & 4th floors in FML
  2. near the LTS CIRCLE (4th floor of FML)
  3. in the Computing Center “Pit” (1st floor near the elevator) and
  4. inside the Grind Café. 

Any material found posted in other areas will be removed and discarded. If the posting in these other areas causes property damage, LTS will report the damage to LUPD and the responsible individual(s) will be required to pay for repairs. 

All materials posted on the bulletin boards must comply with following rules:

  1. Only members of the Lehigh University community may post material. Material that appears to be posted by non-Lehigh organizations will be removed.
  2. Posted material must be related to Lehigh University-affiliated events and activities. Material that does not have a clear Lehigh affiliation will be removed.  
  3. Posted material must adhere to all  University Policies, including the Student Code of Conduct, the Policy on Freedom of Thought, Inquiry and Expression, and Dissent, and Lehigh’s Principles of Our Equitable Community. Material determined to be in violation of these University Policies will be removed and reported to Student Affairs and/or LUPD. 
  4. Material should be posted no more than 7 days prior to the event and should be removed by the issuing organization as soon as the event date has passed.  Posted material without a clear event date or “a please remove after” date will be removed during periodic clean-up of the boards.
  5. To allow for ease of reading and to give others equal opportunity to post, only one copy may be posted per board. Duplicate copies will be removed.
