In order to manage and secure the university's information assets on Apple devices, LTS uses Jamf Pro. This system allows LTS to facilitate managed full disk encryption on those systems and ensure security standards in much the same way that Active Directory does for Windows-based systems. It also enables an updated inventory of active systems and their installed software, in order to be apprised of the security status of those programs.
