Library and Technology Services (LTS), the College of Health, and the Love Data Week Committee are pleased to announce a call for student posters. Love Data Week is an international celebration of all-things data, connecting over 200 institutions. This year’s theme is “Where’s the Data?”, focusing on how data travels from collection through storage and preservation. At Lehigh, Love Data Week will be hosted from Feb. 9 to Feb. 132026. Poster presentations will occur on February 10th from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm in HST Building 101 (The Forum).

If you’re looking for a fun, creative way to boost your professional development and showcase your data then submit an abstract. Please encourage students you know to submit a proposal.

Please submit your abstract, using the following link (https://forms.gle/ZQcuC4f6c1sUGG716), no later than 12/05/2025 at 23:59:59 for full consideration. 

Abstract Details: 

  • Title of abstract: maximum 150 characters
  • Abstract word limit: 300 words
  • The abstract should not include references cited
  • Presenter biography word limit: 200 words  
  • Each submission should list one main author to present the poster. 

Abstract evaluation: 

All abstracts will be evaluated based on three categories: Technical Merit, Relevance to the Love Data Week Theme, and Originality. Up to 20 student posters will be chosen for this event.

Logistics:

LTS will provide easels to showcase accepted posters. Poster printing dimensions will be 24” X 18” full color. Administrative staff will print, pick up, and hang all posters prior to the event. Students will be asked to arrive 15–20 minutes early to locate their poster and be ready for the event to start.
