Proposal: This course utilizes "Inquiry-based Learning" to help students analyze health-related issues using GIS and StoryMaps. The redesign seeks to make the inquiry process more explicit, guiding students through stages of spatial problem framing and interpretive storytelling. CITL will assist in refining the course structure and developing rubrics that prioritize methodological justification and critical reasoning.
