Course: Human-Centered AI: Engagement, Empathy and Ethics
Proposal: This new course introduces students to human-centered perspectives on AI, focusing on ethics and social justice. The fellowship aims to pilot "Generative AI as a Pedagogical Tool" through experiential labs, including prompt experimentation for bias detection. CITL will support the initial course design and help prepare the curriculum to scale for larger enrollment, incorporating AI-facilitated tutoring and co-generation of knowledge.
