Scott Rutzmoser is a Sr. Geospatial Specialis in the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning. He received his Masters of Environmental Science from the University of Charleston, SC in 2001 and has maintained his GIS Professional (GISP) certification from the GIS Certification Institute since 2004 . Scott has more than 18 years of experience designing and implementing GIS solutions. Scott joined Lehigh University in 2011 and is expanding the use of GIS across campus and supports student and faculty research. Mr. Rutzmoser, provides expertise in spatial analysis and database management and GIS application development to faculty, students, and staff. This expertise includes consultation, training, and support of faculty, staff and students. Scott also helps to facilitate the advancement and adoption of innovative geospatial tools and techniques and help integrate these tools with other web tools and frameworks.
