Lehigh’s Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning is a vibrant place for conversation, exploration, and sharing of ideas among faculty, staff, TRAC Fellows, and students. It is also a continually changing prototype space that sparks discussions about new possibilities for teaching and learning at Lehigh. CITL provides a supportive space for faculty of all levels of experience to reflect on their students, their teaching approaches, and learning outcomes. CITL staff offer guidance in developing innovative, effective, student- centered, inclusive approaches to teaching.

The Libraries in the Classroom

The Lehigh Libraries play a vital role in supporting the university’s teaching mission in a variety of ways. We offer faculty, students, and staff access to distinguished collections and scholarly materials in multiple formats, as well as services like the Help Desk, interlibrary loan, and research consultations responsive to users' needs. Subject specialist librarians are able to help you with research support, library instruction, and integrating our collections into the curriculum. The Libraries are a synthesis point where scholars connect with resources and expertise to create the products of Lehigh's educational mission.

Real world, practical experiences are an integral part of a Lehigh education, extending traditional classroom learning to hands-on environments where students build essential skills that prepare them for success after graduation. Our Experiential Learning Program includes a variety of paid, on-campus positions in peer tutoring, consulting, information security, and library and technology support that enrich students’ academic life and help them grow into skilled professionals, expert problem solvers, and confident leaders.
