Please note that if you are printing from an LTS public site computer, the public site printers are already configured for use and you will not need to do anything different in order to print. If you wish to print to any of Lehigh's public site printers from a personal laptop or other non-public site computer, the recommended method is Web Print. However, if you wish to have more flexibility with printing options, you may opt to actually install public site printers. Please note that exact procedures for both printing and printer installation can vary from one computer to another. ** If you have previously installed any public site printers, you should delete them before installing the new printers. Remember, you must always be connected to the PaperCut print server in order to print so be sure to log back in with the Lehigh LAN connector anytime you restart your computer.
Select your operating system, then the building and printer you want to print to.
You will be prompted to download the printer installer script, click Open, or Save and then run the script after it finishes downloading. You will then receive a pop-up message confirming successful installation of the printer. You can now print a document to that printer as you would to any other printer.
