How do I get a Personal Security Code (PSC)?

First-year students- Please call Telecommunications Services at x.85300, e-mail intel@lehigh.edu or stop by the Office of Telecommunications in EWFM-Computing Center, Room 196. Telecommunications hours are: Monday-Friday 8:15am-12noon & 1:00pm-4:45pm to have your PSC activated.

Returning students-Your PSC will be the same code from year to year. There is no need to apply for a new code every year. If you've forgotten your PSC or if it is not working please see above for contacting Telecommunications.

Why isn't my PSC working?

What is the credit limit on my PSC?

Students at Lehigh University have a $250 credit limit, per billing period, in order to protect our customers. This credit limit can be lowered at the request of a student or parent. It may also be increased; however, a deposit is necessary to cover the increase in the credit limit.

What are Lehigh's long distance rates?

Calls to any location within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) are 9.5 cents per minute. Bahamas, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Tobago and the Virgin Islands are billed as domestic calls from Lehigh at the rate of 10 cents per minute. Calls to Mexico are billed at the rate of 18-19 cents per minute. Calls to Canada are 18 cents per minute. "Local long distance" calls in Southeastern Pennsylvania (specifically to area codes 610, 484, 835, 215, 267, and 445) are just 5 cents per minute. Directory Assisted calls are billed at a flat rate of $1.99. These rates are effective 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How can I change the address where my telephone statement is mailed?

Call Telecommunications at X.85300 or stop by our office. If your address is incorrect, please make sure the Registrar's Office has the correct address also. Please note: Any changes to student listings for the campus directory must be made through the Registrar's Office.
