In the past, Technology Management Services was able to offer trade-in credits on telephone equipment. Provided it is in good operating condition, existing station equipment could be returned to TMS in exchange for a predetermined amount of credit. This credit could then be applied toward a replacement unit for the equipment to be traded in. Only installed station equipment is affected by this policy. Spare equipment stored in a closet, for example, is not eligible for trade-in.

With the installation of the new telephone system, the trade-in policy has been temporarily suspended. We will need to determine trade-in values for the new equipment before re-instituting this practice. Please check back often for updates.
