Further details regarding the use and features of most systems are linked from their names on the charts. Researchers: Be aware that your funding agency may have requirements regarding the storage and management of research data that you generate.

Setting up voice mail

You will be provided with a temporary PIN to set up your mailbox for the first time.

  1. Dial 84444.
  2. Enter your ID (your extension number) and PIN when requested.
  3. The system will prompt you to record a name and greeting, and to change your PIN.

Phone Conferencing Options

The following phone conferencing options are available to faculty and staff users.

1. Meet-Me Conference: Meet-Me Conference allows up to 12 people (on or off campus) to dial into one telephone number with no need to use a conference button. All parties simply dial into one pre-assigned number and they are all joined in conference. This service can be used at night and on weekends as well. There is no cost for using this service. To schedule a conference bridge, please contact the campus operator by dialing 0 or 610-758-3000.
