Controlling Displays with the Touch Panel in an LTS-equipped Classroom

The starting point for use of display systems in most LTS Facilities (especially High Technology Classrooms) a touch-screen control panel. They do come in different sizes, from a few inches across up to the size of a regular computer display. The following items will help familiarize you with the capabilities of the panels:

Configure Android for Lehigh Gmail

There are 2 sets of instructions for configuring Lehigh Gmail for Android devices. The first set (STEPS 1-7) is for devices running Android v5.0 or higher. The second set (STEPS 8-17) is for devices running Android v4.0-4.9.

Install the Citrix Receiver

The Citrix Reciever program is necessary to access Lehigh software packages provided by that virtualization technology.  The Citrix software virtualization system will go live for the whole Lehigh community in the Fall of 2018.  This document outlines installing that program on a desktop computer via the web, so an internet connection, and software installation rights on the device are needed.

Malwarebytes Managed Client provides active, centrally-managed anti-malware protection to Lehigh-owned faculty and staff PCs and Macs. In response to a faulty automatic update issued by the vendor on January 27, 2018, some users experienced a loss of network connectivity and it may be necessary to temporarily uninstall Malwarebytes to restore it. Follow these steps to uninstall the program.

Banner 9 Product and Release Documentation

Banner 9 documentation is located on the J drive at J:\banner\Banner 9.  Click on the applicable product folder, then click on the version folder. Not all Banner instances have the same version installed. Select the appropriate documentation file. 

To find the Banner product version for the specific Banner instance (prod, hmrt, fint, etc.), log into the Banner instance and from the Welcome page go to the page GUAABOT. guaabot2.jpg
