The Computing & Distributed Support Services Team provides Computing, Library, and various other support services for the campus. The team responds to the support requests submitted by students, faculty and staff across the University. The team members teach a variety of seminars. They are also available to develop custom seminars by request. The Computing & Distributed Support Services Team consists of a total of 16 Computing Consultants from the Arts and Sciences Team, the Administrative Computing Team, the College of Education Team, the College of Business Team, the College of Engineering Team. To submit a help request, please begin by going to www.lehigh.edu/help, and select "Computers and Networking" if you are a faculty/staff member, or "Student Technical Support" if you are a student, enter a description of the problem and a consultant will contact you shortly. The Computing Support Team also coordinates and completes various campus-wide computing projects such as operating system upgrades, mail server upgrades, application upgrades, anti-virus upgrades, security and encryption policy implementation and the implementation of new services such as GSuite applications (including GMail), virtual software (LUapps), and 2-factor authentication (Duo).
