Provide general and technical support for LTS centralized computing, networking and communications operations. Operate, monitor and maintain all systems in and supporting the computer rooms, EWFM and Packard, (hardware, software, environmental, fire, intrusion). Monitor on and off campus network connectivity. Report, respond to and/or resolve system related problems. Develop and enforce procedures for the security, safety and environmental protection of University computing assets. Provide the University community with reliable computing services, backup user files, print computerized forms for departments, assist with user special requests and direct user inquires to appropriate personnel. Data management services to various University administrative departments.
