Student Computing Support and Repair Services

The Student Technology and Repair Services (STAR) Program provides technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting services for students and their personal computers. STAR Services is the first place for students to find help with their computer needs. LTS also maintains relationships with Apple, Dell, and Lenovo that provide for on-site warranty repair for supported models. Lehigh students are also able to get discounted pricing for recommended brand computers (Dell, Lenovo, Apple).

Library Support

Digital Media Studio

The Digital Media Studio (DMS) in the EWFM Library provides resources for professional preparation of photographic materials, Virtual Reality movies, video recording including green-screen, audio recording, video editing, and media duplication. This area and its resources are available to all members of the Lehigh community by appointment only. The DMS also lends equipment for media production (cameras, microphones, tripods, etc) as well as supporting classroom presentations (video projectors, laptops, classroom microphones, portable PA systems, audio recorders, remote controls, clickers, and more).
