Service Audience: 

The WIRED Program at Lehigh provides technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting services for students and their personal computers and devices at Lehigh. The WIRED service is equipped to assist in basic configuration,networking, virus removal, software installation and reinstallation, hardware repair referrals and everything in between. A full-time LTS staff member hires, employs, trains, and manages a capable team of student consultants that provide assistance at the WIRED desk in the EWFM Computing Center as well as on-site support for students living on-campus.
